Disconnect a Social Account

To stop Postboard from using a connected Instagram account, sign in, open Settings, and use the disconnect button next to the account. This prevents future use of that connected account in Postboard. LinkedIn support is in development and is not currently active.

Request Full Data Deletion

To request deletion of your Postboard account data, connected social account records, access tokens, draft posts, scheduled posts, and stored media, contact the Postboard administrator using the support contact provided to your beta account.

Include the email address used for your Postboard account and the Instagram username you want removed. Do not include passwords or private access tokens.

What Will Be Deleted

After a verified deletion request, Postboard will delete connected account records, stored access tokens, draft and scheduled post records associated with the account, and uploaded media still stored by Postboard where technically possible.

Published Platform Content

Posts already published to Instagram are hosted by Instagram. To remove already-published content, delete it directly from the relevant Instagram account.

Timing

Deletion requests will be reviewed and completed as quickly as practical during the beta period. Confirmation will be sent once deletion is complete.
